Chancellors’ Restaurant, in the hands of our expert kitchen team, justly deserves the two Rosette distinction awarded to it by the A.A. The menu uses the best locally sourced fresh ingredients, including carefully selected fish, meat, game and vegetables.

From fine dining to light snacks, we cater for every taste and requirement. At Shieldhill we offer you a selection of menu options, whether it be a la carte from the Chancellors' menu, a 2 or 3 course meal from the Armoury menu, or something lighter in the Gun Room bar. We source our ingredients locally, ensuring the freshest, best quality food is produced.

Our award winning wine list is carefully developed, offers superb value, and is influenced by our travels around the world. Only wines of the highest standard feature throughout the list, with a superb selection chosen as the perfect match to complement flavours on the Chancellors' menu. With enjoyment being of the utmost importance, we offer many of our wines by the glass.

Private dining facilities are also available, with menus created to your specification.
